摘要
拉丁美洲的国家在自然环境、文化、经济发展水平、社会制度等诸多方面存在差异,但由于历史的传统和相似的政治、经济经历,这些国家的文化存在着一些共同的特征。其表现在社团主义、官僚独裁主义、惠配主义、家长式专制制度。文化传统对组织的影响是巨大的,这种影响包括对组织的结构、层级、制度、人际关系等诸多方面。
Despite the differences in natural enviornment, Latin America have some common culture characteristics for their culture, economy and social system, nations in history and familiar political and economic experiences, which are expressel as corporatism, bureaucratic anthoritarianism, clientelism and partrimonialism. Cultral tradition impacts greatly on organizations in their structure, level, system and inter- personal relationship.
