On the Handling Countermeasures of the Safety in Underground

当前,我国地铁设计、建设、管理以及安全防范等方面还存在着许多问题和不足,为确保地铁安全,我们需要加强以下几个方面的工作：一是要制定、修改和完善有关法律法规；二是要强化消防监督执法；三是要加强各类安全设施建设；四是要科学制定处置预案；五是要加强针对性的训练和演习；六是要建立专门的公安管理机构；七是要强化对乘客的安全宣传教育。

There are many deficiencies in our designing, building, managing and preventing the underground at present, In order to insure the safety of the underground, we must strengthen the following work： enact, amend and perfect the laws and regulations concerned, strengthen supervision and law enforcement of the fire control, strengthen the construction of fire control devices, set down dispositional scheme in advance, strengthen the pertinent training and maoeuvering, establish special institutions of public security management and intensify propaganda for safety to passengers.
