Brunnstrom康复训练程序在脑卒中患者中的应用

Application of progress of rehabilitation training for stroke patients

目的 探讨脑卒中早期执行Brunnstrom康复训练程序的效果。方法 按照Brunnstrom康复训练程序应用 于康复组49例病人中。结果对康复组和对照组通过简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)显示,康复组各 项指标评分明显优于对照组(P<0．05)。结论 Brunnstrom康复训练程序具有明显的降低患者的功能障碍,提高 其生存质量的效果。

Objective： To evaluation the effect of progress of rehabilitation training that is used in incopient stroke patients. Methods：Appling the progress of rehabilitation training to 49 cases in rehabilitation group. Results： The rehabilitation group and comparing group was scored of reduced Fugl-Meyer moving function approvisal （FMA） respectisvely. In result of all index score of rehabilition group excels that of comparing group obviously（p〈0.05）. Conclusions：It can allay the organ function damage obviously and improve llfe quaulity by using progress of rehabilitation training.
