摘要
目的:评价多层螺旋CT三维重建在下颌骨骨折应用价值。材料和方法:对45例二维CT诊断下颌骨骨折病人行三维重建,显示下颌骨结构,测量骨折移位距离及下颌骨厚度。结果:45例下颌骨折中颏部和体部骨折最多见,其次为下颌角及髁状突颈部,下颌升支骨折最少见。结论:多层螺旋CT三维重建能立体、精确、多方位地显示骨折部位、范围、移位、骨缺损范围等情况,对下颌骨骨折诊断及手术方案制定有指导意义。
Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of 3 dimensional reconstruction for maltiplex spiral computerized tomography (MSCT) in mandible fracture. Materials and Methods: 45 cases of mandible fracture which dignosed with 2 dimensional CT were reconstructed with 3 dimensional CT. Then the structare of mandible was showed. The distance of dislocation and the thicknss of mandible were mea- sured. Results: In 45 cases of mandible fracture, the fracture of menton and body had the most incidence, secondly the angle of mandible and the neck of condylar process.And the fracture of assending part of mandible had the last one. Conclusion: 3 dimensionalfor multiplex spiral CT could clearly demonstrate the fracture location, size, dislocation, bone defect in patients, and demonstrate the situation of fracture coalesce, it take an important role in the diagnos of mandible fracture and in the surgical plan designing.
