摘要
研究了调质工艺参数如淬火温度、回火温度及回火保温时间对17Ni4.5CrMoV铸钢组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,17Ni4.5CrMoV铸钢最佳的调质工艺为:900℃淬火,620~630℃保温6~9min/mm回火.调质处理后,合金元素分布均匀,回火组织中析出细小、弥散分布的碳化物颗粒,铸钢的综合力学性能达到最佳配合.
The effects of austentizing temperature and tempering temperature and holding time on microstructure and properties of 17Ni4. 5CrMoV cast steel were investigated. The results show that the optimal process of this cast steel is quenching after austenitizing at 900℃ and tempering at 620 - 630℃ for 6 - 9min/mm. The distribution uniformity of alloying elements and fine dispersive precipitant of carbide particles from tempered structure and the optimal combination of comprehensive mechanical properties are obtained for the test steel after above mentioned quenching and tempering process.
