Microstructure and Properties of Ternary Boride Based Metal Cermets Coating Prepared by Vacuum Powder Sintering

摘要 研究了真空粉末烧结在45钢基体表面制备三元硼化物基金属陶瓷覆层的组织和性能,论述了烧结工艺对覆层显微组织的影响,分析了覆层显微组织、显微硬度分布以及覆层与钢基体界面的形成特点.结果表明,含B、Mo、Ni、Cr的原料粉末在1220℃~1250℃反应烧结,可获得1~3mm厚的三元硼化物(Mo2FeB2)基金属陶瓷覆层.该覆层由α粘结相+Mo2FeB2硬质相组成,其组织致密,显微硬度为1200HV,覆层和钢基体通过Fe、B、Cr、Ni相互扩散渗透形成牢固的冶金结合. The microstructures and properties of coating from ternary boride-based cermets on the surface of 45 steel by vacuum powder sintering were studied. The effects of sintering technology on microstructures of the coating were discussed. The interface characteristics between coating and substrate and the microhardness distribution in the coating were analyzed. The results show that this coating with 1 ~ 3 mm thickness is obtained by reaction sintering of powder containing elements such as B, Mo, Ni and Cr at 1220℃ to 1250℃. The coating with microhardness of 1200HV is strongly bonded with the substrate by mutual diffusion and penetration of Fe in substrate towards the coating and B, Cr, Ni in coating towards the substrate.
