摘要
对激光熔覆涂层试样进行了多次冲击试验,分析和讨论了多冲件表面点蚀损伤机理和多冲件表面剥落损伤机理。结果表明,损伤失效部位主要集中在涂层,形式包括表面磨损以及磨损引起的开裂。
The failure form of laser coating under repeated impact load were studied. The fail mechanism of surface pitting and surfacial spalling of the pieces under repeated impact load were studied. The results show that the disabled parts are mostly focused on the coating, such as surface abrasion, cracking because of abrasion.
