摘要
用倒扭摆法和万能试验机测试了Fe-5.5Al-2Mo合金在不同温度热处理后的阻尼性能和力学性能,分析了退火温度对该减振合金性能的影响规律.结果表明,随着热处理温度升高,Fe-5.5Al-2Mo合金的阻尼性能逐渐升高,在900℃时最好,对数衰减率达到0.17;继续升高温度,合金的阻尼性能下降.Fe-5.5Al-2Mo合金在800℃~1000℃退火时,抗拉强度保持在620MPa左右.
The damping properties and tensile properties of Fe-5.5Al-2Mo alloy were measured by the reversal torsion method and universal testing machine. The relationship between the damping properties and heat treatment temperature were studied. The results show that the damping properties increase with temperature increasing, the damping capacity reaches maximum at 900℃ with the highest damping capacity about 0.17 (logarithmic decrement) , and then the damping capacity decreases as temperature increasing. The tensile strength σb of the alloy annealed at 800℃ - 1000℃ remains a- bout 620MPa.
