摘要
利用热/力模拟试验机研究了C-Si-Mn系TR IP钢在不同连续冷却条件下的组织变化情况,用热膨胀法绘制了动态CCT曲线,分析了冷却速度对组织的影响。结果表明,在动态CCT曲线中,相变区域包括A→F转变区和A→B转变区,当冷却速度>10℃/s时,有贝氏体组织生成,冷却速度对铁素体、贝氏体组织形貌影响极大。
The phase transformation and microstructure of a C-Si-Mn TRIP steel during continuous cooling after ausforming were studied by hot simulation experiment machine. The continuous cooling transformation curves were drawn using thermal dilation method,and the influence of the cooling rate on the microstructure was analyzed. The results show that the area of the dynamic continuous cooling transformation curves includes two fields: proeutectoid ferrite is the transformation production in a field,bainite is in another. Bainite can be formed during the cooling rate at 10℃/s. The cooling rates have influence greatly on microstructure of ferrite and bainite.
