2型糖尿病患者全血微量元素与血糖及胰岛素的关系

The relationship of bood trace elements and serum glucose,Insulin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者全血微量元素的变化特点及其与胰岛素和血糖关系。方法:对50例2型糖尿病患者和56例健康体检者,测定全血钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pd)的含量及血清葡萄糖(G lu)和胰岛素(Ins)水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,2型糖尿病患者全血锌、镁、铁显著性降低(p<0.01),锌的降低与胰岛素降低呈微弱正相关,全血铜显著性升高(p<0.01),钙、镉、铅没有显著性变化。结论:2型糖尿病患者体内存在着微量元素代谢紊乱,纠正体内微量元素,对糖尿病的治疗、转归有一定价值。

objective To investigate the relationship of blood trace elements and serum glucose, insulin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Blood trace element levels were determined with atom absorption spectrophotometry , serum glucose with biochemistry and insulin with radioimmunoassay in 50 patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus and 56 normal controls. Results Blood Zn, Mg, Fe were significantly lower than those in normal controls （p 〈 0.01 ） , Cu were significantly higher（p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion There is metabolic disorder of trace elements in patients with type 2 diabetic meUitus , the intervention with these disorder might have important clinical significance.
