胃癌组织E-钙粘蛋白和β-连环素检测及临床价值

Significance of E-cadherin and β-catenin in gastric cancer

目的:探讨胃癌组织中E-钙粘蛋白(E-cad)和β-连环素(β-Cat)的表达及其临床价值。方法:免疫组化法检测85例胃癌组织和30例胃良性病变组织中E-cad和β-Cat表达。结果:胃良性病变组织中E-cad和β-Cat阳性表达率均为100%,而胃癌组织E-cad和β-Cat阳性表达率分别仅为41.2%和34.1%,两者对照均有极显著性差异(p<0.01)。随着胃癌浸润深度增加、有淋巴结转移以及分期晚者β-Cat阳性表达率愈低(p<0.05)。结论:E-cad和β-Cat在胃癌组织中表达下调。检测胃癌组织中β-Cat表达有助于在术前判断胃癌的浸润转移及TNM分期。

Objective To investigate the expression of epithelial - cadherin （E - cad） and β-catenin （ β- Cat） and its significance in gastric cancer. Methods E - cad and β- Cat expression were detected in lesions from 85 gastric cancers and 30 benign gastric lesions by immunohistochemical method. ResultsAll benign lesions of stomach 100% expressed E - cad and β- Cat. The positive rate of E - cad and β- Cat in gastric cancers （41.2% and 34.1% ,respectively） were significantly lower than that in benign lesions of stomach （p 〈0.01 ）. The more invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and advanced stage of gastric cancer, the less the positive rate of β- Cat （p 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion E - cad and β- Cat was downregnlated in gastric cancer. Detection of β-Cat expression in the tissue of gastric cancer obtained by endoscopic biopsy could preoperatively evaluate the tumor invasion, metastasis and TNM stage.
