流场切应力作用下肺癌患者红细胞变形行为实验研究

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE LUNG CANCER PATIENT′S ERYTHROCYTE DEFORMABILITY CAUSED BY FLOW SHEAR FORCE

本文应用平面狭缝流动腔，粘度测量和激光衍射法对肺癌患者红细胞变形行为进行了实验研究，实验结果表明：肺癌患者的血液粘度比正常人高，肺癌患者的红细胞可变形性比正常人低。

In this paper,the erythrocyte deformability of human beings lung cancer wcre investigated by waysof plan-gap flow chamber,viscosity measurement and laser diffraction.The experimental results showed that theblood viscosity of lung cancer patients was higher than that of healthy.The erythrocyte deformability of lung can-cer patients was lower than that of healthy.
