鞍区脑膜瘤的MR影像及鉴别诊断

MRI findings and differential diagnosis of meningiomas in sellar region

目的分析鞍区脑膜瘤的MR影像特点,提高诊断水平。方法经手术及病理证实的鞍区脑膜瘤50例,对其临床和MR影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果47例为单发,3例为多发。位于鞍区的病灶数为52个,22个病灶中心位于鞍上,30个位于鞍旁。肿瘤多呈椭圆形或圆形,边界清晰,包膜完整,T1WI为等信号,T2WI为等、略高或低信号,41例行Gd-DTPA增强呈明显强化。结论MR对鞍区脑膜瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要临床价值。

Objective To study the MRI features of meningiomas in sellar region and to elevate the diagnostic level. Methods The clinical manifestations and MRI findings of 50 patients with surgically and pathologically proved meningiomas in sellar region were analyzed retrospectively. Results 3 cases were multi-lesions. There were 52 lesions in 50 cases, of them, 22 lesions located in suprasellar regions while other 30 lcsions located in parasellar regions. Most lesions were oval or round with clear border and intact capsule. These lesions presented isointense on T1WI, isointense or slight hyperintense or slight hypointense on T2WI. Follwing Gd-DTPA enhanced scans, the lesions in 41 cascs showed obvious enhancement. Conclusion MRI play an important role in the differential diagnosis of seller regional meningiomas.
