摘要
综述了国内外对纳米Ni粉的研制状况.介绍了一种纳米Ni粉的制备方法--封闭循环氢还原法.以NiSO4·7H2O和NaOH为原料,采用沉淀方法制备纳米级的Ni(OH)2粉末,其反应条件为:反应温度25±1℃,反应终点pH值>9,陈化时间1h.用封闭循环氢还原法,在350℃下还原Ni(OH)2得到了Ni粉.其粒径在20~80nm之间,纯度为99.16%.
Development in Ni nano-powders preparation was summarized. A Ni nano-powders preparation method- hydrogen reducting in recirculating system was introduced. The precursor Ni(OH)2 was prepared with NaOH and NiSO4-7H2O by chemical precipitation. The reaction conditions were that: reacting temperature was 25 ± 112 ,pH value in reaction end was 9, ageing time was 1 hours. The Ni nano-powders was prepared by hydrogen reducing Ni(OH)2 nano-powders at 350℃ . The Ni particle size was 20-- 80nm. Purity was 99.16 %.
