摘要
本文采用四氧化钌固定法电镜下观察板层状鱼鳞癣病人角质层细胞间脂质的结构。超微结构观察表明,板层状鱼鳞癣病变角质层细胞间脂质的结构发生了明显的改变,其主要表现为脂质膜的层数增多、膜状结构破坏及腔隙形成。结果表明四氧化钌固定法将为阐述某些鳞屑性皮肤病的结构标记和病理机制提供一些新的线索。
The skin biopsy specimen from patient with lamellar iehthyosis was assessed by electron microscopy, using ruthenium tetroxide postfixation to visualize the intercellular lipid membrane domains. Ultrastructural observations demonstrated that distinctive alterations in intercellular lipid lamellar bilayer architecture with lamellar ichthyosis, including increased numbers of lamellae stacks and lacunae formation. The results indicate that the ruthenium tetroxide methodology should yield new information about structural markers and pathogenic mechanisms in a variety of other scaling dermatoses.
