摘要 观察黄蜂刺伤角膜后产生的肥大细胞与角膜新生血管(corneal neovascularization,CNV)的关系,为探索黄蜂刺伤角膜致盲的发生提供形态学依据。取黄蜂刺伤角膜组织,常规透射电镜样品制备及透射电镜观察。发现角膜固有层内出现肥大细胞及产生新生血管,肥大细胞可迁移至新生血管附近,肥大细胞多呈显著脱颗粒。黄蜂刺伤角膜经蜂毒作用后产生的肥大细胞促进了角膜新生血管的形成,是致盲的主要因素。 To observe the relationship between mast cells and neovascularization of the cornea after stunge by a wasp provide morphological basis of the blindness caused by cornea injury. Corneal tissue stung by a wasp was prepared routinely and observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM). Many mast cells and regenerated capillaries appeared in the substantia propria of the cornea, the mast cells was found nearby the capillary and showed degranulation. After the cornea stung by a wasp, the appearance of the mast cells promotes the formation of the regenerated capillary, h is suggested that the neovascularization of the injured cornea is the main factor of the blindness.
