摘要
应用透射电镜观察刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)体腔细胞的超微结构,结果显示刺参体腔细胞可分为四种类噜型:大颗粒细胞、小颗粒细胞、透明细胞和淋巴样细胞.大颗粒细胞呈圆形,直径约5~10μm,胞内充满1.5~3μm的高电子密度颗粒;小颗粒细胞圆形,直径约7~8μm,细胞颗粒0.5~1.5μm;透明细胞形状不规则,直径约5~7μm,胞质较透明,细胞核大、着色浅,细胞表面常有伪足形成;淋巴样细胞多呈圆形,直径5μm左右,细胞核大、着色深,胞质较少.
The ultrastructure of coelomocyte of Apostichopus japonicus was observed by transmission electron microscope. The results showed that four types of coelomocyte were recognized : large granule cell, small granule cell, transparent cell and lymphoid cell. The large granule cell are orbicular, and it's diameter are about 5 - 10μm. The granule in the cell are 1.5 - 3μm; The small granule cell are orbicular, and it' s diameter are about 7 - 8μm. The granule in the cell are 0.5 - 1.5μm; The transparent cell's figure are anomalous, and it's diameter are about 5 - 7μm. The transparent cell have a large nucleolus and have pseudopeds on the facies of the cell ; The lymphoid cell are orbicular, and it's diameter are about 7 - Stem, the lymphoid cell have a large nucleolus and lesser cytoplasm.
