The problems of lack of digital resource and non - scientific disposal of resource, etc. are the ones in the way when constructing college digital libraries of our country. Digital library construction is the new project combining the high tech with the traditional library information task, in which fostering the skilled personnel and promoting people＇s quality are the key points.
