大学生职业生涯规划是指在大学里就对大学生的未来发展做出规划以更好地完善和发展自己的潜能,帮助大学生更好的学习、更好地步入社会。近年来,越来越多的高校开展了大学生职业生涯规划指导工作,职业生涯规划在学生成长中发挥了越来越重要的作用。笔者通过对黔南民族师范学院在校大学生职业生涯规划现状的调查,了解其存在的不足与问题,并提出合理化的建议。

College students＇ vocational career design refers to the plan for students＇ future development during their study in college so as to perfect and develop their potentials, help them study well and be ready for the society. Recent years, more and more colleges carry out the direction work for students＇plans of their future vocational careers, which plays more and more important role in students＇development. The author, through the survey on current students＇ vocational career design in Qiannan Normal College for Nationalities, finds out the existing problems and gives the reasonable suggestions.
