运用ANSYS有限元软件,建立了滚柱式超越离合器三维有限元计算模型,进行了由摆杆、滚柱和星轮组成的摩擦传动组合体的法向接触状态分析,研究了接触体之间的法向接触应力对超越离合器星轮磨损的影响,为超越离合器寿命提高的研究提供了依据。

Set up the three-dimensional finite element calculation model with ANSYS finite element software and analyses the rolling contact state of the friction transmission complex composed by sway bars, rollers and star gear. It studies every contact material＇ s contact normal stress with influenced on the overrunning clutch star gear＇s wear. Fresh evidence for wear study of overrunning clutch is provided.
