摘要
文章简要介绍了小波包分析的基本理论,深入探讨了基于小波包分解重构算法在无功电能计量中的应用。利用该算法对非稳态电网谐波无功电能计量进行了仿真实验。结果表明,该计量算法的无功电能计量精确度可满足现行电网运行要求,基波无功电能计量精度达到1级,谐波无功电能计量满足A类谐波测量仪器的允许误差。
The applications and prospects for wavelet transform are presented. It probes deeply into the measuring ways to reactive energy based on the decomposition and reconstruction algorithm of wavelet packet. The simulation results of the measurement of reactive energy in non-stable power system are given. The results indicate that this measuring way matches the requirement for reactive power and reactive energy of current power systems. The measurement accuracy of reactive energy concerning fundamental power is up to class 1.
