摘要
目的探讨三味檀香散对异丙肾上腺素(Isp)诱导大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用,和其对小鼠实验性急性缺氧的影响。方法采用大剂量腹腔注射Isp造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,在常压密闭下造成小鼠缺氧的模型。实验动物随机分为对照组,Isp模型组,阳性对照组,三味檀香散大、小剂量组。记录各组大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图ST段和T波变化,观察各组小鼠在缺氧(血)条件下的存活时间。结果Isp引起大鼠缺血损伤时,心电图ST段和T波均抬高显著,预先给三味檀香散后能明显改善ST段和T波的不良改变;与对照组比较,大剂量的三味檀香散能显著延长小鼠在常压密闭缺氧环境下的存活时间(P<0.05);与模型组比较,大小两种剂量的三味檀香散均能显著延长小鼠Isp致心肌缺血的存活时间(P<0.05)。结论三味檀香散对缺血缺氧所致小鼠心肌损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To explore the protective effects of Sanweitanxiang powder on isoproterenol - induced myocardial ischemia in rat and acute hypoxia in mice. Methods A myocardial ischemia model is established by injection of Isoproterenol in rats and mice. The model of hypoxia is established by sealing in a box under normal pressure in mice. The experimental animals were randomly divided into control group, Isp model group, positive control group and two dose Sanweitanxiang powder groups. The ECG of rats and the survived time of mice were observed. Results The groups which pretreated with Sanweitanxiang powder compared with the Isp model groups , the displacement of ST segment and the height of T waves were significantly lower in rats, the survived time of mice were significantly prolonged(P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the survived time of the groups pretreated with Sanweitanxiang powder were significantly prolonged under the condition of hypoxia in normal pressure (P 〈 0.05 ). Coulusion Sanweitanxiang powder have a protective effect on isoproterenol - induced myocardial ischemia and acute hypoxia of animal model.
