摘要
指出随着计算机技术的蓬勃发展,企业已步入信息化时代。企业作为生产经营的主体,其传统的管理模式已不能满足企业数字化管理的需要。因此,对常规的管理模式进行改革已成必然。本文阐述了在企业中,如何建立统计工作体系、指标体系,确定统计流程,以及实现统计工作网络化、电子化的途径和方法。
It indicates that with flourish development of computer technology, enterprise has now entering into an informational era. As the main body of production and management, the traditional management and operation mode of enterprises cannot meet the demands of digitalized management. Thereof, it is necessary to reform the conventional management mode. In the article, how to establish a statistical working system and index system, how to work out a statistical flowsheet for enterprises and the methods to complete statistical work by means of network and electron technology have all been discussed.
