汽车安全玻璃副像偏移电子检测系统

摘要 主要介绍了利用CCD摄像头和计算机软件对汽车安全玻璃的副像偏移值进行实时采集和处理的方法。首先用CCD和图像采集卡将副像偏移的光学图像转换为计算机能识别的数据模式,然后利用图像处理程序求出副像偏移的值。该方法具有测量精度较高,测量结果实时显示以及在普通室内的光照条件下也可以测量等优点。 This paper is mainly focused on the method of realtime datum acquisition and its processing with the aid of CCD cameras and computer software, which is used to process the value of the excursion of the subsidiary image of safety glazing materials used on road vehicles. Firstly, CCD and image collecting board are used to transform the optical images of the excursion of subsidiary image into the datum patterns recognizable by computers. Then, the value of the excursion of subsidiary image can be got by the image processing programme. This method has the advantages of high measuring precision, real time display of result and measureability in the condition of interior illumination.
