非探针近场光学扫描显微镜的信号编码探测及解码

摘要 根据非探针近场光学扫描显微镜的信号编码探测原理,采用循环S-矩阵设计了二维循环编码板构型,使编码测量过程大为简化。在解码计算中,通过引用π变换和快速哈特曼变换算法,将矩阵乘法简化为矩阵元素间的加、减运算和位置交换,简化了其解码运算的复杂度,特别适用于高阶编码矩阵。 Based on the theory of encoding detection of non-probe near-field optical scanning microscope, the cyclic encoding configuration of two-dimension encoding mask has been designed with the use of cyclic S-matrix, which makes the encoding measuring procedure remarkably simplified. A decoding algorithm based on π transform and fast Hadamard transform changes the matrix multiplication to the addition, subtraction and exchanging among the matrix elements, so reduces the complexity of decoding calculation. This is fit for high order encoding matrix especially.
