摘要
虚拟仪器的测量过程控制是保证其测量数据有效的重要手段,本文探讨了用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型对虚拟仪器的测量过程进行控制的新方法。由少量数据信息得到未来的预期测量结果,通过与核查标准的测量结果相比较来判别测量过程是否受控。实例结果表明,该方法简单、实用,模型预测精度高,可适用于仪器设备的测量过程控制。
the measurement process control of virtual instrument is important to ensure measured data effective. A new method with grey model of GM is given to control the virtual instrument measuring process in this paper. The forecast measurement result estimated with a little in- formation is compared to measuring data to confirm if the quality of virtual instrument is controlled or not. An example shows that this method is simple and practical with high precision. It is suited for the measurement process control of many kinds of instrument.
