企业用能分析及空调节能方法探讨

Energy consumption analysis for factories and discussion on methods for energy saving in air-conditioning

对于不同的企业,生产工艺、规模及所消耗能源的种类各不相同,故其能耗量也不尽相同。主要针对某企业的能耗状况进行调查和分析,比较不同时间段的能源使用状况,并根据现场调查,分析造成各阶段能耗不同的原因,找出了降低产值能耗的方法。并对该企业的空调使用状况进行分析,找出仍有节能潜力的环节,提出可供参考的建议。最后,提出节能管理也是节能工作的重要组成部分。

Different kinds of factories consume different quantities of energy, mainly due to the differences in technologies, capacities and energy sources used. This paper investigated and analyzed the energy consumption in a factory, and its energy consumptions in different seasons were compared. The reasons for different energy consumptions in different seasons were analyzed, and methods for reducing energy consumption per unit output value were found out. Moreover, the operation of air-conditioning equipment in the factory was analyzed, and potential solutions for energy saving were suggested. Finally, it was held that management is also an important component in energy saving.
