化纤厂节能问题探讨

摘要 根据化纤厂暖通空调系统是企业能耗大户的特点,对热力系统冷凝水回收利用与采暖耗能、冷冻系统制冷机组本身性能优化及工艺运行调节、冷冻水和冷却水系统的水质控制及循环冷却塔的性能优化、空调系统过渡季节节能等方面进行分析,总结出耗能原因,并提出相应的节能措施。 The HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) system is one of the major energy consumers in a chemical fiber plant. Following problems were therefore analyzed in this paper: (1) recycling of condensed water and energy consumption for heating; (2) performance optimization of the refrigerator and its regulation; (3) control of water quality for cold water and cooling water systems and performance optimization of the cooling tower; (4) energy saving of the air conditioning system in the transition period between two seasons. Based on the analysis, reasons for high energy consumption were found out, and suggestions for energy saving were offered.
