摘要
介绍了合成生物柴油的组成,并将1#、2#合成生物柴油与0#柴油在五种不同的工况下,分别进行了污染物排放特性、推进特性及负荷特性等方面的对比实验。实验结果表明:与0#柴油相比,在相同的工况条件下,合成生物柴油的尾气排放平均降低率分别为:14.33%(CO)、7%(HC)、19.4%(NOx)、37.6%(PM)。推进特性耗油的增加率为2.02%,负荷特性耗油的增加率为1.84%,与18.17%的非柴油物质相比节约了很多的不可再生能源。此外,在添加剂中大量使用生物质,促进了农村对生物质能的深度开发利用技术的发展。
This paper discusses the composition of synthetic bio-diesel oil. It also covers the comparative experiments of 1#, 2# synthetic bio-diesel oil and 0# diesel oil in terms of emission, driving power and load, respectively. Experimental results show that under same operationconditions (combustion time), the emissions of the synthetic bio-diesel oil reduce compared with those of 0# diesel oil, e.g. CO is reduced by 14.33%, HC by 7%, NOxby 19.4% and PM by 37.6%. Compared with 18.17% of the non-diesel oil material, the diesel oil saves much fossil fuel attributed to 2.02% of the rate of rise of oil consumption for driving power and 1.84% for load. Furthermore, the use of biomass in quantity in the additive promotes the development and utilization of biomass energy in rural areas.
