Gaslon N防治大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的实验研究 被引量:2

An experimental study of gaslon N in prevention and treatment of acute gastric mucosal injury in rats

摘要 目的进行 gaslon N 预防和治疗实验性大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的实验研究,以较全面地研究其对胃粘膜保护的机制。方法将48只 SD 大鼠分为3组。Ⅰ组为正常对照组。Ⅱ组为预防组,其中Ⅱ_a 为预防对照组,Ⅱ_b 为 gaslon N 预防组,Ⅱ_c 为雷尼替丁预防组。Ⅲ组为治疗组,同样分为3个亚组。用无水乙醇制备胃粘膜损伤动物模型。测定胃粘膜血流(GMBF)等多项指标。结果乙醇致大鼠胃粘膜损伤后,用gaslon N 预防和治疗与对照组比较均显著降低损伤指数(P 均<0.01),增加GMBF(分别为 P<0.01,P<0.05),升高胃粘膜电位(分别为 P<0.05,P<0.01),增加胃粘膜氨基己糖、磷脂含量(P 均<0.01),增强疏水性(分别为 P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论研究结果表明 gaslon N 是一种良好的胃粘膜保护剂。 AIMS An experimental study of gaslon N in prevention and treat- ment of acute gastric mucosal injury was performed in rats. METHODS Fourty-eight rats were divided into 3 groups.Group Ⅰ was normal control group and group Ⅱ was preventive group.The latter was further divided into Ⅱ_a(preventive control group),group Ⅱ_b(gaslon N preventive group)and group Ⅱ_c(ranitidine preventive group).Group Ⅲ was treatment group and was also composed of 3 subgroups.Gastric mucosal injury was induced by 100% ethanol. Gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF)and other indexes were measured. RESULTS Compared with the control groups,gaslon N had preven- tive and therapeutic effects on ethanol-induced gastric mucosal injury,as it lessened injury index(P<0.01,respectively),elevated GMBF(P<0.01,P<0.05,respectively),increased levels of hex- osamine and phospholipids in gastric mucosa(P<0.01, respectively)and enhanced surface hydrophobicity of gastric mucosa (P<0.05,P<0.01,respectively). CONCLUSIONS Gaslon N is a beneficial cytoprotective agent of gas- tric mucosa.
