摘要
我国西部地区发展循环经济过程中存在着诸多问题。通过对价值工程理论进行分析,可以看出,西部地区必须积极转化产业竞争模式,促进西部地区循环经济的健康发展。
Many problems were caused in the development of circular economy in West China. Through the analysis of value engineering theory, the article shows that we must reform competition modes so as to promote healthy development of circular economy in West China.
