摘要
投药控制系统是水厂制水过程中一个十分重要的环节。通过PLC和相关软件实现投药的自动化控制从而代替以往人工调节投药的落后手段,确保生产出优质自来水。文章阐述了PLC网络系统的构成以及天工监控软件、GPP软件、GOT软件等的应用研究,实现基于PLC的水厂投药自动化控制系统。
Coagulants feed control system is an important part in the waterworks. Coagulants feed auto-control system is carried by PLC, which replaces manual control. The high quality water can be produced by the system. This paper investigates PLC network and software applications of Tian-gong, GPP and GOT. The Coagulants feed auto-control system based on PLC is implemented.
