永靖地区消化系统疾病流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis about digestive system diseases in YongJing area

目的研究永靖地区消化系统疾病分布变化。方法永靖县医院住院病历资料(1985-1993年)中消化系疾病统计学分析。结果永靖地区消化系疾病住院数居各系统之首(1989-1993年,年均550例,)。除急慢性胃肠炎外,年均住院数(1989-1993年,)>10例的疾病有胆囊炎、胆石症、阑尾炎、病毒性肝炎、菌痢、消化性溃疡、肠梗阻、腹腔疝、恶性肿瘤、结核和慢性肝病(包括肝硬变)。胆囊炎、胆石症、病毒性肝炎与慢性肝病1990年以后住院数明显增加,菌痢1985-1993年大都散在发病。结论消化系疾病在永靖常见。

AIMS To study the incidence of digestive system diseases in Yongjing area. METHODS Statistical analysis of all inpatients were performed in our hospital from 1985 to 1993. RESULTS Patients with digestive system diseases were counted the most above others.Besides acute and chronic gastroenteritis,the more common diseases,average>10 cases a year,were cholecysti- tis and cholelithiasis,appendicitis,viral hepatitis,bacillary dysen- tery and peptic ulcer,intestinal obstruction,hernias in abdominal cavity,malignant tumor,tuberculosis and chronic hepatic diseases in order. CONCLUSIONS Digestive system diseases is commoy in Yongjing area.
