摘要
该文分析了小汽机润滑油中轴封漏气导致大量含水的原因,提出改进措施。经改造实施,机组运行证明,2 号机组B给水泵小汽轮机润滑油含水率显著下降,符合生产标准。提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性,并在该厂其它机组上得到推广。
Reasons of water contained in the lube oil of feedwater pump turbine have been analyzed because of shaft gland leakage in the asticle. The countermeasures have also been put forward. The rate of water countained in BFPT lube oil of No. 2 unit has obviously been decreased based on improvement and operation which being in conformity with production standard. The safety and economy have been in creased during operation.
