摘要
利用恒电位阶跃、慢速电位扫描等方法研究了碱性锌锰电池钢壳内表面导电涂层的作用。结果表明:导电涂层可以增强钢壳内表面的抗氧化能力,阻滞电池过放电时析氢行为,但使钢壳内表面径向电阻增加,故导电涂层用量应不小于1.5g/m2。
The effect of conduct coating on internel surface of steel cans for alkaline manganese dioxide batteries were studied by the methods of potential step and slow linear potential scanning and so on .The results showed that conduct coating could enhanced oxidation resistant ablity of internal surface , and hold up hydrogen evolution in its surface in the condion of over- discharge for the batteries , but enhanced its radial resistance. The dried weight for conduct coating was no minor to 1.5g/m^2.
