摘要
介绍了碱性锌锰电池负极集流体——铜钉清洗工艺,其清洗液由H2SO4-H2O2-801工业清洗剂(或洗洁精)构成。通过清洗铜钉与镀锡铜钉在锌膏中的析氢量以及相应电池的短路电流、放电性能、电池析氢量等方面测试比较,得出使用该清洗工艺清洗的铜钉与镀锡铜钉具有相近效果的结果,能够满足无汞碱性锌锰电池的生产要求。
The cleaning technics used to handle the negative current collector of the alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery was introduced in this article. The cleaning liquid used in the technology is consisted of H2SO4, H2O2 and 801 industrial cleaning agents (or liquid detergent). By comparing the difference of the zinc gel gas evolution volume , short-circuit current, performance of batteries and the amount of hydrogen evolution, it was found that the negative current collector handled by cleaning technology had the approximative effect as the negative current collector electroplated with tin. And the technology can fulfil the requirement of mercury free alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries.
