The Implementation of the Complicated Flow in the Supplier Chain Management

本文通过一个实例,论述了在供应链管理中,复杂的采购/制造/财务流程的实现,为生产能力不足,但又不能通过正常外包去生产的企业提供了解决满足生产需求的方案.

In this paper an instance was introduced, from which how to implement the complicated purchase/manufacture/finance flow in the supplier chain management was stated. The proposal is to provide a solution for those enterprises which have not enough capacity for manufacture, and also can not use normal subcontract to fulfill their production.
