摘要
在教师专业化成长过程中,教师职业道德建设应居于核心地位。教师行为的示范性特征与“为人师表”的核心职业道德价值,对以中小学生为主要群体的未成年人思想道德教育形成无形而巨大的影响力。作为准教师的高等院校师范生,是未成年人思想道德建设事业的生力军。应加强高师生“三德三性”教育与教师师德建设。
Teaching is an irreplaceable, specialized profession - teacher profession. In their professional development, teachers' professional ethics should be given top priority. Teachers' special responsibility of “imparting knowledge and cultivating people” and the core ethical code of “being a model of virtue for others” can exert a powerful impact on the juveniles, most of whom are primary and secondary school students. Similarly, university students who are prepared to be teachers can be very influential. Their ethical training can not be neglected.
