高AQ——星海事业成功的重要心理因素

A High AQ: The Key Psychological Factor for Xing-Hai To Be Successful

论文论述了高AQ(逆境商数)素质的人格特征,并具体分析了星海所具有的高AQ水平,体现于克服困难的意志力、坚持不懈的持续力、积极乐观的控制力和自我超越的调节力。这四种力使他在事业上能够克服内外不利因素,获得音乐创造的能力,并使这种创造力发挥得淋漓尽致。使他具有生命不息、攀登不止的创造精神,让高AQ的人格外化为音乐的壮美风格。笔者还认为星海的高AQ与崇高的理想和爱国爱民的信念相关,才能产生积极的效应,做出杰出的贡献。

On the basis of the notion of AQ in regard of personal characters, this paper concludes that Xing-hai had such a high AQ that enabled liim to overcome all the obstacles, internal and external, thus realizing thoroughly his creative potentials to a pinnacle of music. And dais high AQ of liis personality is reflected in （1） a strong willpower, （2） a persistent sustaining power, （3） an optimistic commanding power, and （4） an adjustment beyond-self, all of which made him possible a genius with ever-golng spirits externalized in his music a style of loftiness and sublimity. The author of this paper holds that, in addition to high AQ that the composer possessed, the positive effects and contributions to the society as a whole of Xing-hai＇ s music resulted also from his enthusiastic and patriotic belief in the good fortune of the nation and her people.
