SC-1 model testing tool includes tester, hydraulic lock joint, electronic gauge carrier etc, which is a new type of formation tester and has advantages of being big flow area, solid of change position structure, flexibility of change position, liability of performance, simple for operating and maintenance comparing with same type of testing tool in domestic and abroad. At present, it has been applied in many types of operations for deep well, shallow well, deviated well, test and perforating combination tech and swabbing test. The paper introduces the developing means, working principle, performance feature, technical index and popularized and applied condition.
