摘要 本文从后现代观就教师的角色转换进行探讨。强调教师仅充当知识传授者已经不能满足时代的要求。新时代的教师要求具有教育为学习服务的观念,分析学生心理,为学生提供心理支持,培养学生自主学习的能力,成为学习情境中的平等的首席,参与学生的学习,并积极成为学生学习的促进者。 Thls paper approaches the shift of teacher's role from the post-modem viewpoint It is emphasziod that the teacher playing the traditional part of imparting knowledge hasn't been able to meet the needs of our age. The teacher of the new age should be required to have a concept of serving the learners, that is to say , the teacher should make a psychoanalysis of the learner so as to give psycholgical backing to them. The teacher ought to cultivate the learners' ability to study independently,put them on an equal footing in learning circumstance and try to become a promoer of their studies by participating in the learning process.
