摘要 紫外分光光度法快速测定引起食物中毒的食用菜籽油中桐油的掺杂朱炳辉,劳耀然广州市粮食科学研究所(广州510100)食用油在生产、运输、贮存和使用过程中都有可能受桐油的污染。人食入受桐油污染的食物后可引起中毒[1,2],因误食含桐油的食物而引起的中毒事故... The Tung Oil has strong and special UV absorbance while the Rape seed oil had weak UV absorbance at 274nm,The absorbance coefficients of Tung oil and Rape seed oil were 1.13×10 3 and 10 respectively at 274nm. These characters have been applied to the rapid detection of Tung oil adulterated in Rape seed oil which had caused food poisoning by UV spectrophotometry .The method was simple,sensitive and accurate.The spectrogram could be applied to identify qualitatively whether the Rape seed oil has been adulterated with Tung oil. The recovery rates of Tung oil were 94.7%and 98.8% repectively when the content ofTung oil in Rape seed oil is 0.5%and 30%. The method has been applied to analyse the samples with a satisfactory result.
