“安乐死”的伦理争论主要是围绕着“安乐死”是否符合医学伦理、人道等问题展开,“安乐死”对象与标准、赞成与反对成为医学伦理争论的焦点。赞成“安乐死”者认为:“安乐死”符合自主原则、生命质量和生命价值原则、有利原则;反对“安乐死”者认为:“安乐死”与生命神圣观、生命价值观、人道观、美德观相悖,不利于医学科学进步,也并非完全是病人的真实意愿。

The discussion on ethics of euthanasia is mainly about whether euthanasia conforms to medical moral principles and humanity, etc. The discussion of medical ethics focuses on the targets, standards, approval and disapproval of euthanasia. People arguing for euthanasia believe that it conforms to initiative principles, life quality, life value principle and advantage principle; people arguing against euthanasia believe that it is against the principle of sacred life, the principle of life value, the principle of humanity and moral principle. They also think that it is not beneficial to the progress of medical science and it is not necessarily the patients＇ true will.
