The progress of education is based on teachers. Teachers＇ quality is based on teachers＇ morality. To enhance the construction of teachers＇ morality is essential in the development of China＇s higher education. The core of morality construction is to help teachers establish the perception, loyalty to their work and devotion to teaching. Teachers should be well-equipped with scientific teaching theories and promoted with advanced teaching concepts and instructed by the spirit of educating students consciously. Teachers＇ behaviors should be enforced by perfect systems to make them set up correct sense of moral, education, quality and talent. The construction of teachers＇ moral should be improved by typical demonstration, model function of members of Communist Party and system building.
