摘要
从战略高度看待人力资源管理,并将人力资源管理纳入战略管理体系,已经获得企业界的普遍认同。在战略性人力资源管理的执行层面上,我国的企业大都还处在探索阶段。本文通过分析基于运营流程的人力资源管理的特征,着重分析了企业人力资源管理如何能动地适应运营流程管理的问题。
There is a common sense in business operation, that is, human resource management should be treated at strategic view, and be put into the strategic management system. Our companies are at searching stage in executing of strategic human resource management. In this paper, the writer makes an emphasis on analyzing how the corporate human resource management proactively adapt to operation process, by analyzing the feature of human resource management based on operation process.
