摘要
脱落酸在植物干旱、高盐或低温等逆境胁迫的反应中起重要作用。介绍脱落酸在干旱胁迫反应中调节气孔关闭、诱导抗逆基因表达,调节植物的生理、代谢变化,避免或减少逆境胁迫对植物细胞与组织的伤害作用及作用机制。
ABA can make an important effect under stress of drought, high salt and low temperature. This paper introduces that ABA can adjust stomata closure, induce adversity-responsive gene expression, and accommodate the biological and metabolized change of plants. Thus, ABA can avoid or reduce the harm to cells and organism of the plant from stress of drought, high salt and low temperature.
