以远程教育推进职业教育的均衡发展

A Reflection upon Balanced Development of Distance Education and Vocational Education

在中央提出建设和谐社会的宏观背景下,教育均衡发展,越来越引起社会各界的高度关注。本文认为我国教育发展不均衡的主要特征是城乡教育的二元结构,即城乡教育差距大,它是制约我国教育发展和实现代化的瓶颈,依托广播电视大学办学系统发展远程教育是实现我国教育均衡发展的战略选择,并切实提出了以远程教育推进我国教育均衡发展的思路。

Building harmonious society has been urged to give more emphasis to the balanced development of education. The unbalanced education development caused by unharmonious education between city and countryside has hindered education development; this problem can be partly solved by the distance education in Radio and TV University.
