角膜后弹力层脱离的临床病理学意义及预防

角膜后弹力层脱离是白内障摘除及抗青光眼手术的术后并发症,随访观察9例角膜后弹力层脱离患者,结果表明轻度脱离对角膜影响不大,重度非扁平型脱离预后差.讨论了该并发症发生的原因、易发因素及对角膜的影响和预防要点.

Descemet menbrane detachment is a post-operative complication of cataract extration and glaucoma.9cases of DM detachment were observed and followedup.The result showed that the mild DM detachment had a little effect on corneal function,the serious nonplanar DM detachment had not good prognosis.The causes and effect on corneal function of DM detachment were discussed,the main points of prevention were stressed.
