摘要
目的探讨医学院校临床见习中开展发育行为儿科学(DBP)教学的方式及其可行性。方法医学系本科见习生230名,分实验组及对照组,前者除按儿科教学大纲见习,还在儿童发育行为门诊见习4学时,以义工的身份在儿童发育行为训练室协助进行感觉统合训练4学时。比较两组成绩,并对实验组进行问卷调查。结果两组间儿科转科成绩无差异,显示增加教学内容未影响成绩;问卷调查显示实验组学生对DBP教学持肯定态度,在相关知识及自身综合素质上均有提高。结论进行DBP教学是必要的,本研究的教学方式取得了较好效果,具有可行性。
Objective:To explore the way and feasibility of carrying out developmental -behavioral pediatrics (DBP) teaching for medical students on probation. Method :To divide 230 medical students on probation into experimental group (120 students) and control group (110 students). The former group spent four class hours in child developmental -behavioral outpatient department and another four hours in sensory integrative therapy room to assist doctors in their training work as volunteers, and their rest probation contents were the same as those of the latter group which had classes according to teaching outline of pediatrics. Test scores of pediatrics of the two groups were compared. Questionnaires filled in by students of experimental group were analyzed. Results of the two groups, scores of pediatrics were not different, which showed that scores werent influenced by extra teaching contents. Results of questionnaires showed that teaching of DBP was welcome to students, and they had made advances in relative knowledge and their overall quality. Conclusion: It is necessary to carry out DBP teaching . The teaching way of this study has got good effect and is feasible.
