摘要 疼痛敏化调控的细胞机制尚未阐明。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kinases, MAPK)通路是将胞外刺激信号转换至胞核内产生转录和翻译后效应的细胞信息传递的共同通路之一,其在疼痛敏化的产生和维持中起了重要作用。 At present the exact intracellular mechanism of pain hypersensitivity remains elusive Mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPK) pathway have been identified as one of pathways that transduce extracellular stimuli into intracellutar and result in transcription and translation. MAPK plays an important role in the establishment and maintenance of pain hypersensdivity
